Thanks for your reply. Billingham is not too far, about 40 minutes from my house. It might be that I will have to go there because once again today I got no reply to my phone calls when trying to contact the centres nearer home.
Although I am going to try again for Newcastle and Ashington, I will keep Billingham in mind. Thanks again,
