Thanks; that is great; I realised that Frederick Brew had a brother Robert, and guessed that the butcher or grocer was the same guy, but guess and know are different, and confirmation is appreicated. That ties that up for me, and thanks to Sue we have found that Frederick Brew and i share the same ancestoe, Charles Joughin & Mary Cleater who married in 1722 !
