A lot of people were pretty erratic with their ages in censuses, but John Cain was consistent with his place of birth being Ramsey/Maughold, and Cain families were fairly unusual in Maughold compared to some other parishes. His parents changed their address quite often which didn't help, but I think you have the right ones as outlined in the message I posted a short time ago (under John Cain(e) 1849). It looks logical to me.
