it doesn't look like the 1911 copy that is on microfilm at museum which does not have that fancy border (at least in other parishes - havn't looked specifically at Rushen tho) - the old mormon microfilm (which is the one that was always presented by Manx Museum as the parish register) was from the Rolls Office (now general registry) copy and was in a uniform hand throughout
