I should have added that Christian Cavendish appears in the Kirk Michael burial register (Cannon not mentioned) for the same date, 13th March 1804, as BL records for Braddan. The John that married Christian Cannon on 21 Jan 1748/9 was the eldest son c. 1721 of John Corjeag (1694-1774) & Christian Bodaugh (bur. Feb 1744), and was the brother of the William Corjeag c.1736 mentioned earlier and my ancestor Richard (c.1739).
