Many thanks for your support Marjery and Susan. I hope the authorities will look again at their decision not to put the digitised records online for a fee. As they have asked the IOMFHS to assist with both finance and transcripts, one would expect them to make those transcripts/indexes available to the wider membership, perhaps for free in a "members-only" section of their website, to encourage overseas non-members to join the FHS.
