when it is completed could there possibly be a way for people out of the country to access the information? possibly as a credit based view like the military sites, basic index of names searchable on line, to access you buy credits and view.... I do not see my self being able to travel to the I.O.M. anytime in the near future and so need to have records availabe by another means, either as described above or a research submission to the center.
