A couple of notes about places of interest in Ramsey. William Henry's army record gives an address for his father John as 5 Templar Terrace it doesn't indicate when he lived there but this address still exists on the north side of the Sulby River. Church Street where I think William Henry was born no longer exists but if you walk between St Paul's Church and the shops that's where the street used to be.
