There isn't a matching birth or baptism. It looks likely that he is in Lezayre IOM with his grandfather Robert Lyall on the 1891 census and with parents John Lyall & Catherine Robina Lyall in Lezayre IOM on the 1901 census. However John Lyall married Catherine Robina Ellison in 1888 so a c1886 birth predates that marriage. It's possible William Henry had different parents and was adopted by the Lyalls. There's at least one Ramsey illegitimate birth that could be William Henry.
