There are many Cain men from both Ireland and the Isle of Man who have been Y-DNA tested - showing so far that the Irish Cains are not related to the Manx Cains. The only way for you to be sure of your line is to test a male Cain who is a known member of your family - and identify from the results if he is Manx or Irish.
