Re: Manx Y-DNA Study
In Response To: Re: Manx Y-DNA Study ()

Dear Mr, Creer,
It is apparent that a CAIN member did the DNA, I have check my records, I think he traveled over and spoke with Ms, Coakley in the Library, two summers ago, He was from Atlanta, Georgia, I believe, I will contact Him today, I have his E-mail address, for we corresponding for awhile, this CAIN MALE, I have never met, he came over and spoke the works of one of our family members he even thought was not right, and he came to do research, but in the short time there, I don't think they did much research, I will go back to his E-MAILS and see if he did the DNA testing, I am pretty sure there was a male in the group of our family, because a family member inquired of FRANK TROWBRIDGE, a fews years back and Frank did a complilation on the CAIN TREE WITH A JOHN CAINE on the ISLE, and with genealogist, whereby I did to have a genealogiist here do work, we came up with about the same for the tree, so will check with him by e-mail today. His I do think came up with, the PATRICK CAIN OF AUGUSTA VA, which is suppose to be our PATRICK CAIN, is showed up in GROUP B: O Cathain of CIANNACHIA GLINNE-GEIMHEIN,CO, DERRY, a branch it seems of the NORTHERN UI NIAL, descended from KING NIALL NOIGALLACH, matching NIALL OF THE NINE HOSTAGES, the group from my document states this was a large group posite for the markers F312 AND L21 , distinguishing, from the CAIN/KANE/KEANES by maker M222+ many CAIN'S/KEAN'S/KANES'S were in this group, so what does all that mean, please explain, this was sent to me, so I don't understand any of this. I have ton files and files of data and documents, and birth and death ceriticates, and PARISH RECORDS, but still STATED our PATRICK died on the Isle, so much misunderstanding, and yet so much documtentation, how in the world 40 years really of work is it so confusing, and yet we have redone the tree over and over and over!!! please explain all the above to me if you can and will I beg you! Kindly Mrs. Rosa
