(in addition to previous message to Liz)Francis - my working theory was that Lt Mylrea could have been Daniel, the son of Thomas & Rose - in the right age bracket, child called Rose, son called Frederick THOMAS, first wife (Leonora) died. At his age, this was clearly a second wife and family. But the career of Daniel s/o Thomas & Rose seemed to keep him in IOM so he was unlikely to be a career soldier, as the Lt Mylrea seemed to be. What do you think? D
