Thanks Col for replying and I guessed this may be me over thinking things!
I think as I look at anything now, I almost look for any clue to add more to my story about Theodore and with this being the only census I’ve seen that has adoption on it, wasn’t sure how others had been reported and if there was a pattern!
I’ve never felt like such a detective before!!
