thanks - was there any mention where he was buried - there were some problems with the original IoMFamHist Soc transcription of Braddan burials and I think in Brian Lawsons transcription of this transcription so possibly he is buried in Braddan if it was on the Island - however the IoMSPCo was well used to carrying coffins between Island + England in case he wished to be buried across (I was told that on boats of this period they were stored within the double sided bench deck seats which also contained lifebelts but can't confirm this).
