Thank you so much for your prompt response
I have seen both probate entries and she is mentioned in both, I then got a little confused when I noted that she was buried with George on the IoM. Whereas, James William - I think must be buried in Lancashire. I wasn't sure if the two of them being buried together had actually got married, but I can't seem to find an entry of marriage.
Thank you for the link for the Will, I will probably order both - as James' probate was dealt with in Liverpool and London for George.
I can't seem to find much on their daughter Winifrid Mona Holroyd, other than she married in Wigan (I believe to Donald Macintosh, 1929) and then died in 18 Sept 1986 in Ramsey, IoM
Randomly, James and Edith would have been in Lancashire when Theodore was also back in Lancashire. Unsure of when he moved to Blackpool (he was on the 1911 IoM census with his father, plus housekeeper - who his housekeeper went on to marry). He married Lily Entwistle (my Great Grandmother) on 25 April 1925 in Blackpool. The MC does not show James William as a witness, even though James and Edith would have been in Lancashire (in theory, not sure if they returned to IoM after they married to when he died in 1946)
Perhaps the fact James William was Theodore's father meant he kept his distance and actually only saw George as his only brother.....
Maybe the Will may provide me with more information
