At the museum I found .....
#10 - October 1889 Michael in the Deeds.
Coroner sells Jane's Lands and Premises to repay debts. Executions granted against Thomas Cain then of Ballabane, Andreas [so that's where he was in 1889......]
Land mentioned = those lands and premises situate in the parish of Michael being parts of the Quarterlands of Rhencullen, Orristal and Kiondroghad including the real estate but no name given [no help there then !!]
Schedule - land etc sold for £609 repayment of debts / mortgages = £112.2.0 Balance then £496-18-0,

Also Henry bought his land Cooil ny Bingey from William and John Caine - guardians of William Mylrea so that wasn't land given to him by his father.
I don't see any sign of Henry selling land around Rhencullen which he should have had after the death of his mother Isabel.

Starting to wonder if names of both John and Isabel Caine's parents were John Caine [Barnagh] and Alice Cannell for him and John Caine and Alice Cannell married 1868 for her.
I know .......keep looking
