That's another little piece of the jigsaw filled in - at least I now know that Thomas jnr was still alive when his mother Jane Caine als Cannell died.
Don't know if he married or not. According to the 1871 census he was still living with mother Jane and sister Marianne. he was 32 and unmarried.
Not sure where he was in 1881 or if he ever did marry.
Another quest.
