I can confirm from a photo of the 1911 transcription - Isable Taggart base daughter to William and Issable Harrison bapt June 22 - there is no evidence that earlier children to wm taggart which were not indicated as 'base' were illeg or mothered by Isable.

The index to presentments does not include this but I suspect this is because the actual film of presentments around this period is incomplete with many presentments being found amidst the wills (usually episcopal but many also found in Archideaconal)
