It appears as though they only had 2 children: Eleanor (with various spellings), then William. So I am guessing the Thomas & Ellinor option in 1803 is the most likely. The date is the best fit too. Though I thought I had worked out that William's father was a Robert. May have to re-check this based on your advice...
