Hi Roy , have just read your posting re the hand written story of the Clucases of Patrick .
I have been trying to confirm the parents of Henry Clucas who died 22/9/1841 in Malew aged 62 . By age it looks like ch 21/3/1779 , to John and Cath Maddrell , but since his only two children were William and Catherine , I feel he could be the one ch 13/8/1775 to William and Cath Corkil .
Henry married Abigail Lowey.
Henry's grandson George William Clucas was christened 5/2/1854 in Patrick .
So as a last resort , since there is a Patrick connection , you may be able to help.
