In Response To: Re: pre-1841 research ()

There is a will for Philip Croaghan in Arbory in 1851 - I suspect his fa might have been another philip (mo ann gell) - there is a Lonan will for a Philip Croaghan in 1847 which matches a burial of a 90 yr old Philip - in 1841 he is a farmer (intack by high road) living with a jane clague + a younger wm Clague (dau + gson ?) who correspond to Jane crougahn w/o John Clague + son wm. In 1851 I think Jane is a visitor assistant at Patk Cannell's kion droghad Kk Michael
Philip snr was I think s/o Wm Croghan + mary Callister - Mary's will is summarised
I suspect Wm d 1803 - will also on MNB - d 9 apr 1803;dau elly croughan,jane,ann;eldest son wm
