Thanks again, Sue & Frances. Don't think after all that I'll get much from pre 1841 censuses. I still haven't worked out how some people manage to go way back into the 1700s with their ancestors & being, on the whole, accurate in their findings. I try to work out with the IGI info from this iomfhs site but there are so many to choose from & many times just the father's name is given.
