Census pre 1841 exist only in summary form (that for 1831 is reasonably detailed but gives number of houseshold per parish, number of children etc, numbers of those in different occupational classses but no family relationships appear nor seem possible to reconstruct - you may find www.manxnotebook.com/famhist/genealgy/census.htm useful
