the next book is 1785 and the same names are entered

the next book is 1797 and that has the same names but now each name has 16s of the 32s rent and re James part a change was noted for Oct 1822 + May 1838 and for John's part in Oct 1804, Oct 1833, may 1834 + Oct 1845

there was a deed SSS May 1826 22 dated 18 May 1822;John Christian(Begode) sells for 5s to Edmond Quine(Ballig, Onchan) + Patk Nelson(Kk Michael) my half of the estate of Begode (whole rent 18s 2d) to hold in trust and after my decease make over to my wife Jane als Nelson - she to give my eldest son John Christian, heir-at-law, a trade and at decease of longest liver Quine + Nelson to quit claim to whoever inherits the estate; Witt Thos Cowley, John Kane
