It's a good question. Ballamacskelly is listed in the 1:6 OM as being parcel number 310. Lhen Chapel is listed as 313-314. Also shows a school on the 1:6; not sure if it's on the 1:20, but that general area toward Ballathona. An Elizabeth Callow was living closely in a croft at parcel 375. So, I should think the area around 310, 313, 314. Additionally, a Callow was living at 847, which may be the parcel out toward the sea.
