the descent is by Mary Quayle to whom I think it descended from Ellin Corjeage + husb John Quaile, tho Mary also bought land from John Kelly in same treen wch bought land I think was part of Ballaskyr, thence to her son Patk Lace (of Peel) who after mortgaging part of it sold to John Cain who I think was fa of Wm - Michael Deeds + mortgages help (the sale is NSS Oct 1760 18 dated dated 13 Feb 1759;Patrick Lace senr(Peel) + wife Isabel als Radcliffe sell for £296 10s to John Cain junr (Ballakilley) ... maybe this is also the radcliffe connection ?
