Goldie Terrace is part of Upper Church st (off atholl street then home to courthouse and still the home of lawyer's offices etc - described as only street in Douglas shady on both sides) - 6 Goldie terrace was a boarding house but two of the others in this small terrace housed Friendly society + insurance agents around that period
