Many thanks Jean for your help in my quest for John Kneen's family. I have managed to obtain copies of the Wills you mentioned for John Kneen and Ann Kneen (Cowin) and they do mention a son William and also another daughter Catherine who I can't seem to find a dob or chr date for, I wonder why they christened some and not others. Anyway from the Wills I found that their daughter Jane married William Kissack, Ann married Thomas Fargher (Faragher) and Margaret married Thomas Kneale (d. 1852). So great success.
