Eric, this is Esther Coulthard als Cowley nee Gick. She was born 1814 Malew, dau of Wm Gick and Cath Quine. Wm Gick was one of the children of the Cordeman Gicks, a family which has several threads from a couple of years ago.

William Coulthard, Esther's second husband, was a ship owner or something like that. I suspect that his first wife might have been Jane Callow. He was the son of William Coulthard and Elizabeth Callow. Definitely not the William , son of WC and Alice Fargher.
