This is the Maughold family of Joughins, as Sue surmised, and yes, she was the one baptised on 16th October 1681.
The Margaret Joughin baptised (at Andreas) in 1686 is one of “Sue’s” Joughins, as she says, from the Leodest line in Andreas.
