Jane, I'm afraid you might be on the wrong track with the Radcliffes Donna and I gave you.

The William who married Anne Killey appears to have been born in Arbory, not in Liverpool.

It could be possible to identify your Radcliffe ancestor if you give all your known information.
What date and place was the marriage in the cert you are certain belongs to your family? What were their names? Were ages given? What was the Radcliffe father's name and occupation? What were his other children's names, dates of birth, places of birth? Do you have his marriage or death cert?

The Andreas book won't help you until you are certain where your ancestor fits in.
