Further to the above. You will find Mitchell, son of Donold(died 1650) and Jony Lace (died 1667), named Michael or Mitchell in the two Wills of his parents. In his own Will (1700) he is referred to as Michael. In this last Will (1700) he names one son as Mitchell. These Wills are available online at Francis Coakley's excellent site.
