I am going to London to visit Kew next Friday, but only for a few hours. I've got my list of what I particularly want to do, but if you or someone else can do the research on the National Archives website to find the COMPLETE reference needed to order the document you want, I will order it up for you and do my best to see it when I'm there. I can't get there until the afternoon and the NA will be closed on Sat for the bank holiday.
