if you have the owners from Woods atlas (ie owners c. 1860) then you need look for deeds naming these owners from that date - deeds upto c.1900 are in Manx Museum where there is a list but only of vendors + vendees - you need look at the deed to determine the property transferred - Manoral roll stopped c 1918 as Lords rent etc was abolished. Post c.1900 you need work at General Registry (they are supposed to be computerised but not sure if the system is fully open yet)
