Thanks, Len. I just noticed that reference and made a note of it. My family is planning a ski trip to Utah in February, so maybe I'll make a side trip to the Family History Library in Salt Lake City! :)

P.S. I notice that that James FELL's will of 1832 lists the parish as "Bra". If a family is from Douglas, might they be found in either Braddan or Onchan? Is one or the other the obvious? What does "Dgs" stand for? Did the family usually stay with the same church/parish for a lifetime? Thanks for all of your assistance!
