Peter I am glad you too have progressed with your family search, as I did, thanks to this site and Steve Brews web site. I was not suggestimg that my grandmother was any close relation, just pointing to the fact that a lot of Manx moved to Liverpool. My Brew line is desended from Andreas. My cousin and I are visiting the island again in August, with lots more info. than last time. Elizabeth Brew is even more common than Thomas, thats all we started with. Good luck with your search.
