My grandfather, Joseph Daugherty, immigrated to Canada in 1903. We have traced our family tree in the Isle of Man back to Stephen or Dollin Daugherty who was married to Margaret, nee?, and died in 1633 (buried in Andreas). Their son William married was married to Katherine Joughin. We have an abundance of information on the above noted families from Andreas, Kirk Michael, Lezayre, St Marks and the Ballagawne family farm.
My family and I are hoping to be travelling to the Isle of Man in July and would like to contact any family members out there to exchange information and fill in blanks in our family tree.
