Thomas Garrett, formerly of Ballacruinck in parish of Lezayre and third beneath the burn, but now of the town of Douglas in the Isle of Man (Batchelor) sold for £35 to Mr George Strachan of the town of Ramsey (merchant) parcel of Ballacruinck Quarterland in Alchest treen of eight pence rent, in parish of Lez. Commonly called and known by the name of Croight-[E] Rangey with another parcel of intack land of one penny three farthings rent thereunto adjoining.
