Thanks Sue for cnesus and death information re Margaret Seaton. I think Margaret Seaton in census (2) 1891 could be the same as the Margaret Seaton in 1881 as her daughter Jessie is also mentioned on both returns. The age should be 53 in 1891 and that fits with her age at death of 60. There is a Alice Seaton 4 in 1881 which means her father Duncan Albert Seaton was still alive in 1876/77. Would kindly see if you can find the family in 1871. I also think that their son Thomas Lennox Seaton was born in the early 1850's not 1864, as he joined the RN as a boy. Grace
