nice use of land records - however suggest that you add the actual reference (eg the John Mcylrea + wife to Tho + Ann Mcylrea is SSS Oct 1723 37 - also 2 carrs ie sledges of turf ) so others can find them -
there will be many more mortgages both in NSMorts + SSMots (I've only just started to transcribe an index for these (prob about 14,000) but notice a few not in your list) - likewise Castletown Deeds (again I've just started on the index to these dating from 1780 to 1847 about 10,000 which include both sales + morts)
