I have been looking for your thomases in the USA (Sue asked for my help). I sent Sue a scan of the 1900 census which shows Thomas S living with his grandmother. Not sure if that makes sense to you. I found a copy of his marriage to Louisa and he listed his parents as Margaret Hughes and William Joughin. Yet his death record lists his parents as Thomas and Sarah Walsh. I would think his marriage record was a more accurate than the death record since presumably thomas gave the info for the marriage license. Both Thomas E and Thomas S Joughin can be found on Findagrave in Lakeview Cemetery. No other info other than death date on findagrave. Found on Ancestry Louisa remarried in 1914 on 2 Dec Charles Coulter.
