Know all men by these presents that I Isabell Kewley als Clauge Widow or Relict of Willm Kewley Cheroo-Doo in Kk Conchan Parish for several good causes me thereunto moving and especially out of some respect I have for my second son Stephen Kewley as also for the consideration of five pounds to be paid unto me within the time of ten years next ensuing the date hereof by in several payments as my urgent occasions and necessity shall require; by and from the hands of my sd son Stephen Kewley now of Kk Lonnan; Have therefore given, granted, passed over and sold; And do by these presents give, grant Passover and absolutely sell unto him the sd Stephen Kewley his heirs Exrs Admrs and Assigns from me my heirs – exrs admrs and Assigns all the Right title and Interest that I have in and unto a Parcell of Intack of three shillings Lords Rent in the Parish of Kk Conchan adjoining the Quarterland of Cherroo=Doo affd on the inner side thereof to Creer’s Rent on the Lower side Capt Oates’s Rent at the outer end and ranging by the Road above inwards with all ways waters and watercourses easmentss liberties profits and advantages unto the same belonging or any appertaining ; He the sd Stephen Kewley possessing the sd Intack at Michaelmas next and to afterwards paying the Annuall Lords Rent with all other Dues, Dutys suits and services incumberences upon the premises at the times and seasons accustomed in this Isle. Besides helping me at times during my lifetime in my ?? necessities and paying no less than ten shillings at any payment.- And for the true and faithfull performance hereof, I the sd Isabell Kewley als Clauge firmly by these presents do bind and oblige myself my heirs exrs admrs and Assigns in the penalty and forfeiture twenty pounds to be levied according to Law. In witness whereof I have hereunto put my mark to my name this 25th June 1758.

18th Oct 1756 Isabel Kewley acknowledged the within and above bill of sale to be her voluntary Act and Deed before me Jon Taubman

At a Sheading Court held at Douglas the 23rd of May 1758
The Beforegoing Bill of Sale being acknowledged before the Deemster and now published in open Court and no objection offered against it. It is therefore allowed of and confirmed according to Law
