Yes mentioned in the will of William Quine (married to Grace Woods) was his sisters Daughter Jane Cannel, so assuming she was around the same age as his children she was then 50 to 60 years of age. I tried to obtain information from this without success, there is no matching Quine to Cannel marriage, but that is because we do not know her original surname as she and not her mother may have married Mr Cannel.

This Patrick Will fits the family, but provides no new clues as it is possible this person never married, or the will only recorded her maiden name, or that her parents were also Quines.

It is also possible that William Quine of Foxdale may be a different person to William Quine who married Grace Woods as we have not yet established any link to Foxdale land.

The land records from Frances are very helpful potentially giving the father of William of Foxdale b bf 1719.
Thomas Quine dead before 1735 at Arnicarningan with Foxdaile
Wm Quine b bf 1719 in May 1735 at Arnicarningan with Foxdaile (probably same William Quine of Foxdale whose unmarried brother John died 1765 )
Philip Quine of Foxdale alive in 1821 [possibly a different family]

There are at least 3 potential Patrick families before 1700 who could link into this line so it is very speculative
