About John Corlett, christened 1815, I just had a look at the IGI extracted records for Ballaugh, (which I don't think are complete) and I find a John Corlett christened 1January 8, 1815, son of Daniel Corlett and Catherine Corlett.

There is a John Corlett, son of Daniel Corlett and Margaret Corlett chritened May 6, 1814, and another christened September 8, 1817.

The September 8, 1817 date fits John C. Corlett, died Warrensvile Ohio, June 4, 1888, age 50y 8m 26d

I think I will have to order the Ballaugh film and see what is there.
