Thank you for responding to my post. Our family information says that both William Teare and Esther Quirk were born in 1818, William on a farm near Douglas, Isle of Man, Esther in Lezayre, Ayre, Isle of Man. They had another brother, possibly Phillip, and a sister named Betsy (maybe Elizabeth) who married Mark Christian. I have hired a professional to find and verify my family history. He is the one who found William Teare and Ellinor Crow in Andreas and believe them to be my ancestor, Williiam Teare's parents. They had a William in 1814 and a William in 1818. They also had John ants Ellen, both born in 1822. I don't know how to tell if this is correct or not.
Off to do more hunting!
