I am a little puzzled here Lawrence as you say that Lydia and Harry didn't marry until 1913 but in the 1911 it says they have been married for five years.

I found a death record in 1904 of Wm Skillicorn aged 38 died in Gateshead, first husband of Lydia. The two boys I am interested in are George William dob IOM 1895 and James Edward dob IOM 1893 s/o Wm and Lydia. It looks like she decided to send the boys to Canada in 1906 (have details) but kept the two girls, Elenor Lydia dob 1897 IOM and Polly dob 1900 Gateshead.

Would it be possible if you could please look for them in a Canadian census after 1906? They left Liverpool August 3 1906 bound for Montreal, Quebec with Barnardo's and arriving August 11 1906 then onward to Toronto.
