Hi Marg. I found them on the 1911 census, I did not have enough credits left to download the image but I did have enough for a transcript, they are on "findemypast"

In the search "Polly" came up as "Lolly"

According to the records Lydia SKILLICORN and "Harry" ALLMAN did not marry until 1913 (Cheshire BMD) I think James was George OLLIER's son.
