I know that you had previously looked for a marriage record for William Parkes (Constable) and Lily Clague (I don't have a time frame). It appears that they had 2 children Winnifred and Fred and the family lived on Mona Street in Douglas. Any suggestions on where to pull the string on this lead? thanks again.
