If I was needing to reach the Close on west bank of
stream or Crammag on east bank I would be asking advice
of the Occupier of the nearest farm - Druidale? for advice.
They will know if its possible to get over the rivers.
Although there is a path south out of the reservoir carpark I
do not believe it will take you to your destination.
