We knew of Alma but knew nothing really as there was no talk of her. She turned up again for me a few weeks ago so I decided to see what I could find and lo and behold there was Marna's post. You have all been great in your input and I hope you will continue to help Marna with any info you may find, for me it has been just amazing to find out who and where she came from. I am holding my breath till the other certs. arrive. Such a brave lady for whatever reason she ended up in Aust. Her choice of transport to say the least did not say she was without funds. I would suggest that Bernard continued to hope that she would return because of his answer of 38yrs married on the 1911 census. What a sad thing that she never saw her children again, or did she!!!
